✅ Eligibility: Applicants must:

• Be aged between 18 and 35 years old (exceptions may be made for those over 35 demonstrating exceptional leadership and impact)
• Have demonstrated leadership and experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions in nature conservation, biodiversity, climate change, and/or sustainable development
• Be currently working on an innovative solution or environmental action project that aligns with one or more of the IUCN Congress themes
• Candidates whose initiatives foster equity, inclusivity, intergenerational collaboration, and/or adopt a rights-based approach are especially encouraged to apply
