Comments

When you leave a comment on our site, we collect:

  • The data shown in the comments form (name, email, comment).

  • Your IP address and browser user agent for spam detection.

If you use Gravatar, an anonymized hash of your email may be sent to check if you have a profile picture. After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if available) will be publicly visible.

Media

If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract this information.

  • Comment Cookies: If you opt-in, we save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience (expires after 1 year).
