Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 but not yet 29 years of age as of August 1 of the enrollment year
- Hold an undergraduate degree or its equivalent before August 1 of the enrollment year
- Demonstrate strong English skills; non-native speakers must provide TOEFL or IELTS scores unless they have studied at an English-speaking institution for at least two years
